Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your order for a refund or online voucher as long it is within 30 days of purchase and items are returned in their original condition.
Original shipping costs are non refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your return has been received, we will refund you by the original payment method or provide an online voucher, excluding the cost of shipping. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to credit your account.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer and are payable to DHL prior to delivery.
If the receiver refuses to pay the duties and taxes, DHL will return the items to Earthlings United. We will refund the order less the cost of shipping plus a $60 fee to cover the expenses of the return.
